well, i've done my research, and stumbled upon this inspiring story from http://www.teenvogue.com.

well, the story starts from 2 sisters (just like almas and me) having a real talent in the fashion industry. at first, Lauren and Mariel Armstrong just started sewing skirts and wearing them their selves, then friends asked where they had bought it and they had taken personally customizing these simple skirts for their friends, and from here well, you probably know, now its a huuuge success.

so guys, from a background story so similar to ours, i really hope we can achive our dreams too. their story inspires me so much :')

starting small

so the story here is that since the last 2 years, mom always wanted to open a business. first it was a bakery, then a convenient store, after that a pharmacy, and now sewing and clothing shop!

you see mom has alot of talent in many things, she is a pharmacist, but she has a passion for cooking, and also sewing. but this last idea seemed to be the best idea because the three of us seem to love fashion (me almas and mom)

how the story starts (from my point of view)

approximately 3 days ago, mom and almas told me that they had planned on opening a boutique in our house. i thought it was a great idea to start small. then, just last night after i came home at 8 pm from my school activity *sigh* i was sooo darn tired and i wanted to collapse on my bed. almas and mom came to me with their idea in this boutique. they babbled on and on until i was no longer tired but i felt quite interested myself! 

almas had told me about the concept of the store. she told me that she had already started making a catalogue for the customers. she put me in charge of marketing like blogging and tweeting because as a 14 year old girl i love to do so!! (btw check out my blog too alyaprawoto.blogspot.com) and mom in charge of assisting the customers in taking personalized clothing orders, doing what she loves best! and almas... well i think she claims herself as boss hahahaha

trip to tanah abang, jakarta

we live in jogja right? kota pelajar, budaya kuno so we reallyy dont have that much fashion over here! so almas and mom left for jakarta on sunday. to find some fresh clothing.

sadly, leaving me behind at home... isnt really cruel? they bought the train tickets before i even got the chance to tell them i wanted to come too T_T

anyway.. theyre back now with some new clothes & very veryy tired bodies. left on saturday afternoon on a train and came back to jogja on travel #nohotel #nosleep #justforyouguys

For now, theyre still wrapped in plastic and un-hung, but we assure you they will be ready to be presented and bought by you in no time!

Wait for me in my next post, we will be modeling some of the clothes! asyysik :D
